Product Manager – Software

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
Proven experience (7+ years) in product management, preferably in analytical instrumentation or scientific equipment
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Ability to balance technical expertise with business acumen

Develop and communicate a clear product vision for our Software product line
Define short-term and long-term product strategies to drive growth and market share
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales, and customer support) to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap
Prioritize features, enhancements, and new product launches based on customer needs, market demand, and business goals
Conduct market research to understand customer pain points, needs, and preferences related to Software products
Collect and analyze data from customer feedback, surveys, and market trends
Translate insights into actionable product improvements and innovations
Work closely with R&D teams to define product requirements, specifications, and performance metrics
Guide product development efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
Monitor project progress, address roadblocks, and adjust priorities as needed
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective go-to-market plans
Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and messaging
Support product launches, training, and promotional activities
