Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Experience working collaboratively with Engineering, Design, and QA
- Extremely strong analytical skills – able to provide high quality, efficient, creative solutions to complex problems
- Knowledge of how websites are built and designed, with exposure to HTML and CSS
- Familiarity or previous work experience with education, ecommerce and/or marketplace systems
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and quickly adapt to changes in the digital ads industry and company priorities
- Passion for improving education through technology
- Curiosity, open-mindedness, and a learning mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, Engineering, and Product to deeply understand and optimize our search and discovery efforts
- Assist with prioritizing and identifying issues and opportunities to help better connect buyers with the resources they are looking for
- Partner with engineering and digital marketing specialists to develop and maintain best practices across the website
- Partner with Design to create simple, elegant and organized solutions that boost search engine optimization and discovery
- Manage, monitor, and execute a strategic plan that aligns with the company’s goals and metrics
