Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, finance, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, experience in financial services, insurance, or retirement solutions strongly preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with an ability to translate complex financial topics into engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, and digital content management platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical, research and organizational/process and project management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team on the tactical execution and implementation of product marketing strategies (55%)
- Create original concepts for marketing campaigns, working individually and as a part of a creative team (15%)
- Consult and advise internal clients concerning project requirements (15%)
- Maintain marketing projects and calendars and help keep projects on track with all stakeholders and marketing team (15%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of institutional markets and products
- Knowledge of SmartSheet a plus
- Ability to utilize story-driven and video-centric content in marketing campaigns
- Ability to develop detailed creative and campaign briefs
- Research and analytical skills, competitive analysis
- Ability to analyze the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and quickly pivot and adjust as needed
