Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 6+ years in B2B Product Marketing (or in an equivalent role where you developed go to market (GTM) strategy and drives execution of such strategy
  • Passionate and familiar with the blockchain and crypto market landscape
  • Proven experience in bringing enterprise technology product to market (ideally blockchain and crypto products)
  • Desire to lead, influence, and encourage a cross-functional, diverse, and distributed team
  • Proven track record to collaborate with others across functions in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excel at developing differentiated positioning and simplifying sophisticated concepts into impactful messaging
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Be the subject matter expert and champion of the customers from the fintech and crypto business segment. Using deep market knowledge and insights to help shape our custody product strategy.
  • Lead development of the segment-specific go-to-market strategy for Ripple Custody – including ideal customer profile, personas, value propositions, use cases, geographic focuses in collaboration with product management, business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Create compelling, differentiated positioning and messaging, with a clear understanding of the core components / value propositions of Ripple Custody’s product features, then tailoring them to the specific market segments.
  • Working cross-functionally to lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of key product launches.
  • Partner with the Sales Enablement team to deliver high-quality, just-in-time enablement material or sessions to set our field team up for success.
  • Partner with growth marketing, communications, and creative teams to bring our custody product story to life, activating the go to market strategy towards the right audience.
  • Partner with our business development team to drive engagement and joint go to market opportunities with key ecosystem partners.
