Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience
- Experience marketing B2B SaaS products
- Experience working closely with large sales organizations
- Data-driven strategic thinker
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills
- Proven success influencing peers and leaders across sales, marketing, product, and regional markets
- Team player able to collaborate with technical, creative, and business experts at all levels of the organization
- Self-starter willing to work in ambiguity
- Owner-operator mindset with a deep sense of ownership of the business results
Responsibilities
- Drive new market strategies from 0 to 1
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a scalable GTM framework
- Partner closely across sales and enablement, partnerships, integrated marketing, creative, and product
- Track market and competitive trends
- Define ideal customer profile and develop TAM/SAM
- Build a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points
- Translate positioning and messaging frameworks into go-to-market plans
- Identify key growth levers needed to meet targets
- Define prioritized target audiences and value propositions
- Develop sales plays and cross-channel marketing programs
- Equip enablement and sales teams with resources
- Collaborate with platform PMM and product to define positioning and messaging
- Partner closely with sales, operations, and marketing to analyze feedback and results
