Requirements
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, with a focus on B2B marketing
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or features
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools for campaign execution and analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
- Self-driven worker with the ability to set roadmaps, deliver results, and drive your own work while thriving in a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Instawork Hiring, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving product innovation and feature development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Biz Ops, Design, and Account Management, to ensure our product resonates with both core users and talent acquisition/recruitment teams
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging, ensuring our offerings meet the needs of our users
- Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns that communicate the value of Instawork Hiring to target audiences, enhancing user engagement and product adoption
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience, leveraging insights to inform product and lifecycle strategies
- Own the performance of key metrics related to product marketing success, such as user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- Be an internal thought partner, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and ensuring a cohesive user experience
- Work closely with GTM teams to develop sales enablement tools and training, supporting them in driving partner engagement and retention
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and platforms, such as Iterable, Braze, or HubSpot, to execute and analyze marketing campaigns
- Experience in the recruitment, talent acquisition, or on-demand staffing industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these spaces
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Experience with AI tools and technologies that enhance marketing execution and personalization
