Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing in a high growth SaaS environment, experience with Enterprise motions and AI products are strongly preferred
- Self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into crisp GTM fundamentals, including segmentation, buyer personas, messaging, competitive positioning, pricing recommendations, and more
- Superb cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A creative spark
Responsibilities
- Shaping messaging, positioning, and launch initiatives for the Gorgias Suite of products
- Collaborating with sales, CX, and demand generation teams to accelerate product adoption and deliver measurable revenue growth
- Creating high-impact enablement materials like sales playbooks, customer success guides, and training resources
- Owning the performance metrics for one of the products within the Gorgias Marketing Suite
- Assisting in forecasting, adoption and revenue goals, synthesizing insights from GTM teams
- Driving execution, overseeing the creation of sales and CX collateral
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem or ecommerce marketing tools
- Experience working on AI-powered or conversational marketing products
- Previous ownership of product launch activities and campaign optimization
- Background in project management methodologies (e.g., RACI frameworks)
