Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably in a multi-product setting.
  • Expertise in B2B growth marketing and full-funnel activation strategies.
  • Strong foundation in product marketing skills including messaging, GTM strategy, segmentation, and sales enablement.
  • Must be able to work in the United States currently as well as in the future without the need for visa sponsorship.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently from concept to execution.
  • Proven aptitude to quickly understand technical products and communicate value.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success influencing teams across product management, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Composure under pressure and a collaborative, positive attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically.

Responsibilities

  • Understand broader product value and communicate how specific product areas enhance Genesys’ overall differentiation.
  • Act as subject matter expert for specific product areas to support cross-functional teams.
  • Drive new product launches and go-to-market strategies aligned with sales motions and product direction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define audiences, develop value propositions, and execute GTM plans.
  • Leverage data insights to identify marketing and revenue opportunities across the sales funnel.
  • Create segmentation strategies and develop differentiated messaging to stand out in the market.
  • Define buyer personas and use cases to align sales messaging with customer value.
  • Produce sales enablement content including decks, briefs, whitepapers, videos, and blogs.
  • Represent the team in presentations to leadership, analysts, and at public events.
  • Track and report on performance metrics during business reviews and support strategic planning.
