Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus; equivalent experience considered)
- 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing financial services experience is a must
- Deep expertise in competitive intelligence, market research, and customer insights
- Strong ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Highly collaborative, with excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with buyers and decision-makers
- Ensure messaging highlights differentiation and aligns with the company’s overarching vision and goals
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats
- Monitor competitor activity and translate insights into actionable strategies for product development and go-to-market plans
- Serve as a thought leader by sharing competitive insights with internal stakeholders and integrating findings into sales enablement materials
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and product teams to build a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and workflows
- Synthesize customer feedback (qualitative and quantitative) to shape product marketing strategies and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in planning and executing successful product launches
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns targeting key verticals and personas
- Partner with demand generation and content teams to deliver high-impact marketing materials that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively position and sell Risk & Performance products
- Create product collateral, presentations, objection-handling guides, and other enablement assets
- Design cross-sell and upsell motions to maximize revenue opportunities across the portfolio
