Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management of marketing creative development and campaign execution, ensuring alignment across channels and stakeholders.
- Drive timelines across multiple products, proactively planning for major tentpole moments and mitigating roadblocks before they arise.
- Lead creative development efforts, from creating briefs in partnership with channel owners, to overseeing asset production, approvals, and versioning.
- Assess the efficacy of key campaigns with Commercial, Insights, and Analytics teams, adapting future campaigns based on learnings.
- Create run-of-show presentations and post-mortem decks, maintaining a resource of past campaign results to inform future strategies.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to establish a cohesive communications strategy throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to guidelines and processes while continuously seeking opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies.
- Develop strategies that inform the creation of high-impact creative briefs, ensuring exceptional execution.
- Act as a key marketing liaison for product integrations across multiple teams, working hand-in-hand with Product, UX, and Creative Ops to deliver the best experience.
- Build strong relationships with internal partners, fostering trust and ensuring seamless execution across all marketing touchpoints.
