Requirements
- Deep experience in Product Operations at one or more scaling tech companies
- Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to monitor product metrics
- Ability to create organization in chaos and help cross-functional teams execute
- Ability to build systems/tools (via code / no-code / AI) to facilitate internal processes
- Strong communication skills across written, presentation, and visual forms
- Ability to understand products and models to determine appropriate solutions to user problems
Responsibilities
- Program manage key betas, launches, launch events, and other strategic cross-functional initiatives
- Establish and lead ongoing programs and systems that provide leverage for all of Applied and sub-groups of Applied
- Partner with product leaders to manage org cadence programs like planning, goal setting, and mid-cycle check in processes
- Foster strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Support to align goals, streamline communication, and support business priorities
- Assist in building the Product Operations function at OpenAI

- Fantastic at building cross-functional relationships and having empathy for the many roles involved in bringing products to market
- Able to move fast to get initial versions of solutions up, and then iterate them to improve the experience and scalability
- Engaged and curious about the rapidly evolving AI landscape
