Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Product Owner
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
- Working knowledge of product development architecture (SDLC)
- Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with technical and operational teams
- Understanding of design quality standards
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience with client-server, web-based, cloud models
- Knowledge of relational database concepts/principles
- Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, XML
- Experience with mission-critical, 24×7 systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of products from start to finish to ensure they meet clients’ needs and preferences.
- Support the overall vision of products and work on various backlog items.
- Participate in decisions regarding product features based on client preferences.
- Research and determine clients’ needs to decide which features to include.
- Pitch ideas for product features to stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact between cross-functional teams, vendor development departments, and stakeholders.
- Perform technical tasks such as installing vendor-provided software, uploading application content via GUI or DBU, and configuring OS settings.
- Coordinate with Cyber Security to ensure adherence to protocols.
- Work with product and project teams simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment across disparate teams.
