Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience managing agile development lifecycles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers to develop and prioritize technical requirements for inventory control upgrades on 26 builds
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop technical specifications for new products and features
- Ensure that technical requirements are aligned with overall product strategy and business goals
- Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria for product features
- Communicate technical requirements and priorities to development teams and other stakeholders
- Manage the product backlog and ensure that it is kept up-to-date
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint demos
- Monitor data configuration ensuring that data processed and accessed in the most efficient way
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the cruise industry and shipboard systems is a plus
