Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrable track record of building/maintaining integrations or platform features that drive Enterprise ARR growth
- Understanding of APIs, SDKs, and integration technologies
- Knowledgeable about enterprise-grade requirements like security, scalability, compliance, and data governance
- Deeply focused on metrics and understanding how to measure the ROI of integration initiatives
Responsibilities
- Evangelize the Gorgias enterprise integration ecosystem internally and externally
- Ensuring consistency for the public API both in the data that we provide and the structure
- Develop and own the vision and strategy for Gorgias’s 3rd party integrations ecosystem
- Define and prioritize the roadmap for enterprise integration initiatives
- Drive initiatives to make it easy for 3rd parties to integrate with Gorgias
- Lead the strategy and execution for IPaaS partnerships with an Enterprise lens
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specifically within the enterprise ecommerce landscape
- Work closely with enterprise sales, customer success teams and customers
- Track and rigorously analyze key metrics directly related to Enterprise ARR growth from integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Experience with IPaaS platforms
- Experience building integrations with enterprise-level systems (ERP, CRM, WMS, advanced marketing automation, etc.)
- Familiarity with the ecommerce landscape and the specific challenges of large ecommerce businesses
