Requirements
- 4-year degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field
- Experience in sales, account management, product or customer support, preferably in microelectronic packaging industry
- Knowledge in precious metal soldering and brazing materials desirable
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess account profitability and pricing strategy
- Experience working with channel partner or distributor is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relation-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP, CRM and Project Management experience highly desirable
- Ability to quickly learn technical and business concepts
- Travel up to 25% of the time, depending on business needs, could be required
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow medium-sized accounts by optimizing sales and product mix
- Identify opportunities to drive profitable sales growth
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners
- Track sales performance and provide strategic insights
- Know technical capabilities and manufacturing processes of the business
- Own product pricing, balancing market trends, customer needs and company goals
- Conduct market analysis to inform product strategy
- Provide technical support and training for internal teams, channel partners and customers
- Gather customer feedback for product development
Preferred Qualifications
