Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a support coordination, project management, or product support role
- Fluent in both English and French (written and oral)
- Strong ability to assess and categorize incoming support requests efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with ticketing systems, backlog management tools, and workflow tracking platforms
- Ability to effectively plan and document processes and projects
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and recommend process optimizations
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming product support requests and ensure efficient triage
- Collaborate with members of different departments to estimate work effort and feasibility of proposed resolutions
- Maintain a structured backlog and queue management with clear documentation
- Identify process improvements and streamline AMS support workflows
- Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure collaboration and resolution transparency

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and IT support processes (asset)
