Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a support coordination, project management, or product support role
  • Fluent in both English and French (written and oral)
  • Strong ability to assess and categorize incoming support requests efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with ticketing systems, backlog management tools, and workflow tracking platforms
  • Ability to effectively plan and document processes and projects
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and recommend process optimizations

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for incoming product support requests and ensure efficient triage
  • Collaborate with members of different departments to estimate work effort and feasibility of proposed resolutions
  • Maintain a structured backlog and queue management with clear documentation
  • Identify process improvements and streamline AMS support workflows
  • Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure collaboration and resolution transparency
