Requirements
- 1 year of on-set production or project management experience in video games, TV, theater, or film
- Experience with software such as Shotgrid, Monday.com, Perforce, and Outlook
- Strong knowledge MS Office, especially Excel
- Self-starter and takes pride in ownership of tasked responsibilities
- Comfortable traveling off-site with short notice, including internationally
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours to support production schedules
- Deep passion for video games
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed logs of voiceover assets
- Support the Voiceover Producers with day-to-day production tasks
- Help with scheduling needs and assist with talent and Director avails
- Prepare, update, and distribute scripts or any other materials as needed
- Help organize voiceover requests across all projects
- Take notes during meetings and send them to appropriate parties
- Be in the voiceover booth when needed to support the Producers/Directors
- Make sure the voiceover booth is in good order before talent arrival
- Learn other roles and stand-in as backup for other team members as needed
- Take care of the actors by guiding them around the office and running errands as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in another language
- Knowledge of our games
- Familiarity with voiceover recording sessions
