Requirements
- Located in the greater Chicago, IL area and able to work in person in our Woodridge, IL office
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Has clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
- Has an interest in robotics, automation, or industrial technologies
- Is proficient in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Excel, project management software like Asana or Notion)
- Is a self-starter with a curious mindset and eagerness to learn
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in customer communications, helping to troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback to improve the customer experience
- Track robot performance data, support diagnostic activities, and document maintenance activities for preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Analyze operational data from the robotic fleet to identify performance trends and areas for improvement
- Assist with tasks related to the upkeep of robotic cells, including troubleshooting and maintaining equipment
