Requirements
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Preferred experience in a union environment
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the process to produce metal closures.
- Apply written safety procedures and observe work areas.
- Communicate ways to improve efficiencies and processes.
- Apply SPC principles and basic quality tools (diagrams, flow/run/control charts, analysis, and etc.).
- Maximize productivity by managing throughput, equipment efficiency and enforce SOP’s and standards.
- Develop and mentor our Team Members. Direct and assign work, administer labor contract and compliance. Foster a positive workplace and communicate effectively.
