Production Technician

1-3 years of cherry picker operation experience
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
Effectively use standard hand and electric tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, electric saw etc.)
Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures preferred
Comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and/or squatting
Ability to carry objects up to 50 lbs by hand and perform repetitive movement like pushing and pulling
Attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism

Perform welding procedures by interpreting written blueprints.
Repair, adjust, and maintain production equipment, machinery, or instruments to ensure that it functions reliably and aligns with process specifications
Ensure the manufacture of products in planned quantities, at budgeted cost, and of desired quality
Some duties may include packing, wrapping, securing, or labeling containers
Recognize and report any problems or deficiencies in the production process to management
Assist with installation and qualification of production equipment
Support safety programs, policies and practices that foster a safe work environment
May assist with planning shipping from the manufacturing location
Work on production assembly throughout the manufacturing process
Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management
