Production Technician – Pacifikava

Strong understanding of CO2 extraction principles and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in extraction equipment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental regulations related to CO2 and extraction processes.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of production management experience.
Prior experience with supercritical CO2 extraction or botanical material processing is highly desirable.

Operate and monitor supercritical CO2 extraction equipment to extract oils and other concentrates from plant materials.
Perform routine maintenance on CO2 extraction systems to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor extraction processes to ensure consistent product quality.
Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, including proper handling of CO2 and any other hazardous materials used in the extraction process.
Set up, calibrate, and prepare extraction equipment prior to production runs.
Maintain accurate production logs, including daily operational data, maintenance records, and any issues encountered during extraction processes.
Work closely with quality control, laboratory, and production teams to ensure the final product meets all quality standards and specifications.
Identify and suggest improvements for extraction processes to increase efficiency, product yield, and quality while minimizing waste.
Assist in the monitoring and management of raw materials, such as plant material and CO2.
