Requirements
- You have a bachelors degree in an analytical degree, such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other similar degrees
- You are detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and creating simple data visualizations
- You are a self-starter who can multi-task, work on multiple priorities, and is comfortable asking questions in a hybrid environment
- You have the ability to work both autonomously and collaborate in a Global team environment
- You are a strong communicator. You’re comfortable communicating your ideas both verbally and in written communication
- You’re tenacious, and will roll-up your sleeves and help when needed. You’re comfortable managing change and adapting to a fast-growing environment
- You’re excited to grow as a professional and excited to learn more about the tech industry
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Global Programs, Sales Development, and Sales Leadership, to support new and ongoing initiatives for the Revenue team
- Assist Global Programs and Sales Ops with Global Outbound Sales initiatives, including the development and ongoing management of the SMB Book of Business in Salesforce
- Work independently and as a part of a team to develop analyses with internal data from Salesforce and other systems, and report on analyses to cross-functional teams
- Communicate regularly on initiatives in-person, in-video calls, in docs, and other via written communication
- Become an expert in our internal tools and processes, including Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau
- Partner closely with members of the Global Programs team to become an expert in the key SaaS metrics we use to measure the success of our business

Preferred Qualifications
- It’s a plus if you have experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other analytical tools, but it is not required.
