Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college is strongly preferred, with at least one year of relevant work experience (e.g. data management, auditing, or quality assurance).
  • Strong ability to multitask and synthesize information from multiple data sources (e.g. databases, client management systems, or online resources).
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies through critical thinking and quality control measures.
  • Excellent proofreading skills, including grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, with keen attention to detail, particularly in court-relevant documentation and database accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with personnel at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite with advanced Excel skills (e.g. sorting, filtering, analysis, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough review of progress reports for each participant’s court appearance, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Maintain and audit live tracking spreadsheets, submit documentation to all necessary parties, and enter relevant data points into our program database.
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize the agency’s database and court calendars to verify client outcomes, including rearrests, Failure-to-Appear (FTAs) and exit information.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support the ongoing development of the agency’s client management system.
  • Retrieve and compile comprehensive reports from the database, conduct a quality control review to identify and correct discrepancies, and communicate findings to appropriate staff member for further follow-up.
  • Serve as a point of contact for case management staff, providing guidance on policy compliance and ensuring quality standards in daily operations.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives as needed by collaborating with internal teams to explore process improvements.
  • Other programmatic support as assigned by the Manager of Program Administration and/or senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the courts, with Alternative to Detention (ATD), Alternative to Incarceration (ATI) or other advocacy program models or outreach programs.
