Requirements
- Must have an active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance to apply
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum of 4+ years of related experience with document management and technical editing
- Minimum of 2+ years of related budgeting, cost control, or earned value management system experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with particular emphasis on word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and SharePoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in producing correspondence, briefings and program plans for senior managers
- Ability to analyze and synthesize financial data and program information into precise and easily understandable language.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the budget team, provide a broad range of budget support including: Funding analysis to inform monthly Approved Financial Plan (AFP) input, Fiscal year execution analysis, Earned value / performance analysis, including schedule and resource assessments, Five- and ten-year budget formulation
- Provide the following communication and outreach support including: Managing numerous information requests from senior managers, office leadership, and outside government entities (weekly status and issue reporting, quarterly milestone status and other performance assessments, etc.)
- Preparing documentation, talking points, and briefings, including historical data analysis and documentation
- Preparing and implementing a program communication plan
- Attending and facilitating logistics for program reviews, conferences, workshops, and other program-related meetings, including the semi-annual Tritium Focus Group meeting
- Recording and transcribing meeting minutes and action items and publishing them to the appropriate audience
- Assisting the program office with tracking action items and deliverables.
