Requirements
- 2 + years of related experience
- Possess Secret security clearance
- US Citizen
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project)
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Exceptional reporting and presentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail for troubleshooting errors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well on a team, and with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Performs administrative and analytical tasks in support of the MCSIL (Marine Corps Spectrum Integration Lab) program and JEACO (Joint Electronic Attack and Compatibility Office) at Point Mugu, CA.
- Responsible for using qualitative and quantitative methods to provide operational and program support as part of the MCSIL program team for data and analytic requests.
- Combines data from various sources to track, report, analyze and control program progress.
- Provides financial monitoring and analysis for projects
- Uses various data sources to track program needs
- Designs and develops methods for analyzing and interpreting data
- Analyzes datasets and information to produce reports and forecasts
- Participates in strategic planning with regards to program development
- Assists in preparing baselines/budgets for contract work
- Assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis
- Performs data validation and quality control checks
- Develops new and improved analytical tools
- Writes and updates program documentation such as management plans
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with multiple information technology systems
