Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of equivalent work experience
- Excellent engagement and interpersonal skills and comfort with diverse communities
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in behavioral health and working with marginalized community populations
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishing program policies and procedures.
- Track and document program performance, oversees tracking system and maintains database.
- Coordinate logistics of meetings, site visits, and other program events.
- Participate in the strategic planning process for program.
- Prepare and submit all program reports as required.
- Update program face sheets, orientation guide, and other programmatic materials.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Data Management Skills
