Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on external client engagements, enterprise technology/SaaS experience is a bonus
- Hands-on experience working on complex, x-functional project planning and execution; facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management
- Strong business-minded partnerships interest and acumen: understands partner lifecycle and investments required to enable partner success
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and global teams
- Strong sense of ownership and resilience, adaptive to changing priorities, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement and scalability
- Excited by the combination of working deeply with individual partners while building for scale
- Thrives in ambiguity and has a passion for building and testing new processes
Responsibilities
- Planning for and executing on intricate deliveries of custom, multi-work stream and phase programs for GEP’s highest impact partner implementations
- Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project updates, risks, and achievements. You will facilitate discussions to align on project deliverables and address any conflicts or competing priorities
- Connect technical details, growth initiatives, and support needs, making sure all GEP teams work together in service of launching and growing our partners’ payroll business
- Coordinating across x-GEP and x-Gusto initiatives to include points of view, track progress, connect dependencies, and discover risks early to prevent delays to partner launch and growth
- Standardizing delivery process and playbook for complex partner deliveries, arming GEP with the tools to maximize future partner opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
