Requirements
- Ability to effectively lead meetings, set agenda, document minutes, and monitor/track key deliverables, attended by multiple stakeholders, and SMEs across multiple business units, product lines or business processes.
- Self-motivated, highly driven and capable of taking initiative independently, without requiring ongoing supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, along with effective presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to combine logical analysis, creativity, and analytical skills to solve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with cross functional teams, business organizations, and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead key initiatives across Tools & Outdoor by managing the overall program scope, defining clear objectives, driving the project team, and reporting out to senior leadership.
- Coordinate regular and ad-hoc generation of reports on key NPD performance metrics to allow business to make informed decisions based on real performance rather than assumptions.
- Collaborate with PMO leaders across the different design centers to cleanse and validate data quality prior to analysis.
- Partner with the Brand and Product Execution to drive prioritized NPD funnels and optimized resource models.
- Maintain clear and concise documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Facilitate notifying and training the program management team on required cadences for data maintenance related to individual projects.
- Drive updates to product development metrics through alignment with key stakeholders and the analytics team managing dashboard development.
