Responsibilities
- Provide a Program Manager authorized to make staffing and operational decisions, plan and manage tasks, and allocate resources to fulfill the program objectives.
- Receive tasking from the customer.
- Clarify the scope of work with the customer.
- Develop and maintain project plans to track key initiatives within the Program.
- Estimate required resources and time for task completion.
- Secure approval to initiate work.
- Delegate tasks to contractor personnel.
- Address all technical and managerial issues related to project execution.
- Report on work progress and resource utilization.
- Communicate risks to deadlines and operational service gaps.
- Obtain sign-off on completed deliverables.
- Use SLAs to ensure service performance and availability.
