Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required. MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in Property/Asset/Program Management
- Skilled in prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking.
- Data-driven decision maker who is comfortable with financial analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Success in this role depends on building relationships with internal and external teams.
- Prior experience in multifamily and/or parking operations is preferred.
- Strong communicator and presenter.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Power BI a plus.
Responsibilities
- Leading launch activities to ensure the seamless adoption of parking programs.
- Collaborating with local operations, digital products, and support teams to evaluate, plan, and implement programs.
- Monitoring OKRs, developing budgets, and assessing performance metrics to ensure objectives are met.
- Managing relationships with third-party managers, vendors, and service providers.
- Managing other programs as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in multifamily and/or parking operations is preferred.
