Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (8) eight years’ experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and (12) twelve years collaborating in a private, public, government or military environment
- AND (5) five years project / program management experience
Responsibilities
- Organizing and leading project team(s) for the HIS Clinician Solutions Business Unit’s StateRAMP program.
- Defining success criteria and data-based metrics to validate program certification success.
- Defining and managing project schedules, milestone-based plans and progress updates for stakeholders and senior management.
- Assessing project progress, and as necessary, lead collaborative efforts to adjust scope, timelines and cost to meet project objectives – effectively escalating issues when necessary.
- Providing program status communications – detail-level for teams / stakeholders and executive-level for senior leadership.
- Ensuring risk management plans are in place and leading needed risk mitigation efforts.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with peers, stakeholders, senior leaders across BU’s / functional groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with any of the following Security Certifications: StateRAMP, FedRAMP, Soc2, ISO, HiTrust
- Experience with Excel, JIRA, MS Project
- Experience working with Software development teams
- Experience in leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices
