Requirements
- 5+ years of automotive domain experience and exposure to connected/autonomous vehicle
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing mid/large IT projects (2M+ in terms of revenue OR 20+ in terms of team size)
- Experience on Agile methodologies
- Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Highly proficient analytical capabilities and able to quickly understand problems and fast arrive at their solution
- Solid understanding of core and modern technologies around Cloud, APIs, Web-services
- Demonstrate ownership and drive successful outcomes in complex global ecosystems
- Proven track record leading in highly matrixed global organizations
- Strong analytical ability to quickly understand the issues, debug and arrive at solutions
- Full System Lifecycle expertise and experience in all aspects from planning to operations
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
