Program Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or related field.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, focus on finance systems or reporting a plus.
Strong knowledge of SaaS reporting principles and best practices.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects across the enterprise simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Knowledge of SQL and data modeling a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Work collaboratively in defining subscription metrics and work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their reporting needs and design solutions that meet their requirements.
Manage technical requirements for reporting cross-functionally, including data mapping, data quality, data governance, and documentation.
Develop and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
