About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager (RF Systems) to support the planning, execution, and management of projects focused on radio frequency (RF) technologies. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of RF principles and systems, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills to help drive project success. TS/SCI required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of RF-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and performance tracking metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and management, ensuring project alignment with business goals.
- Support procurement, vendor management, and resource allocation related to RF projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
