Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software development or camera systems
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management in a dynamic and highly technical environment
- A strong track record in managing complex cross-functional projects in a tech company
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- MSEE plus MBA
- Experience defining and achieving KPIs on camera systems and software
- Deep understanding of the processes, strategies, and trade-offs in chipset and camera pipelines
- Domain expertise in Linux and Android software development
- Experience partnering with customers on major projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to succinctly summarize key findings
- Knowledge of software and hardware development process and lifecycle
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks with a high attention to detail
- Strong meeting management and negotiating skills
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.
- Establish process and structure to the functions of camera systems and software teams
- Partner with systems and software leads to evaluate multiple product requests that come in from IoT business segments
- Establish process to determine priority among evaluations for products
- Establish feasibility of solutions, create feature requests and transfer execution to global sites
- Lead planning and execution for demos
- Act as a facilitator/trainer to enable team adoption of tools and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
