Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a technical emphasis or other technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program controls, reporting, data analysis, or WBS management.
- 5 years of experience in data management and reporting tools, including data analytics.
- 5 years of experience with WBS methodologies and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce a comprehensive WBS integrating it with cost accounting systems for accurate tracking and analysis.
- Design and deploy automated reporting dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to streamline data visualization and enhance reporting efficiency.
- Implement data quality standards, conduct regular audits, and manage change control processes for both WBS and reporting data.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration through training, communication, and relationship building, ensuring alignment on WBS utilization and report interpretation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data center program management or construction related projects.
- Experience with change control processes and with advanced data visualization tools.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements and holding project leads accountable to the greater project goals.
- Understanding of accountability and ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
