Program Security – Lead Associate

Experience with security risk assessment methodologies and security management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations.
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Aviation Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, preferably within the aviation industry or government sector.
Prior customer experience
TS/SCI with polygraph
5 years of Program Security experience.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols for aviation operations in compliance with government requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Collaborate with the client to enhance security measures and response strategies.
Monitor and analyze security incidents and trends, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide training and support to staff on security best practices, emergency response procedures, and compliance requirements.
Participate in security audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established security standards and regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of incident response plans for security breaches or emergencies.
Serve as a liaison with security personnel and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination during operations.
