Programmer Analyst

Requirements

• Knowledge of modern, end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines.
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.
• Must have experience in DataStage and Business Objects applications.
• Must have experience of Unix/Linux/Windows based applications, including a very good knowledge in Unix/Linux commands.
• Must have experience in Oracle & SQL Server Database.
• Must have experience in WebSphere 8.5 and above is preferred.
• Must have experience in ServiceNow (SNOW), Dynatrace, Splunk, PowerShell required.
• Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS are preferred.
• Knowledge on Snowflake are preferred.
• Must have experience within structured Ticketing Management environment (Incident Ticket, Problem ticket, Change ticket and Service Request).
• Analyze Application logs, troubleshoot issues, determine action, and ensure Application Environments work smoothly.
• Application change assessment and validation during change windows over the week and weekend.
• Experience in application migration from legacy to higher environment is preferable.
• The resource should have good Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
• Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and a sense of urgency to deal with the SEVERITY issue.

Responsibilities

• Developing program logic for new applications and modifying logic in existing applications.
• Monitoring, debugging, implementing and maintaining software applications.
• Maintaining and integrating new application components.
• Ensuring deployment of system improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in WebSphere 8.5 and above is preferred.
• Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS are preferred.
• Knowledge on Snowflake are preferred.
• Experience in application migration from legacy to higher environment is preferable.
