Requirements
- Knowledge of modern, end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines.
- A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience.
- Must have experience in DataStage and Business Objects applications.
- Must have experience of Unix/Linux/Windows based applications, including a very good knowledge in Unix/Linux commands.
- Must have experience in Oracle & SQL Server Database.
- Must have experience in WebSphere 8.5 and above is preferred.
- Must have experience in ServiceNow (SNOW), Dynatrace, Splunk, PowerShell required.
- Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS are preferred.
- Knowledge on Snowflake are preferred.
- Must have experience within structured Ticketing Management environment (Incident Ticket, Problem ticket, Change ticket and Service Request).
- Analyze Application logs, troubleshoot issues, determine action, and ensure Application Environments work smoothly.
- Application change assessment and validation during change windows over the week and weekend.
- Experience in application migration from legacy to higher environment is preferable.
- The resource should have good Interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills and a sense of urgency to deal with the SEVERITY issue.
Responsibilities
- Developing program logic for new applications and modifying logic in existing applications.
- Monitoring, debugging, implementing and maintaining software applications.
- Maintaining and integrating new application components.
- Ensuring deployment of system improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in WebSphere 8.5 and above is preferred.
- Knowledge on Bit Bucket, JENKINS are preferred.
- Knowledge on Snowflake are preferred.
- Experience in application migration from legacy to higher environment is preferable.
