Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or any related STEM degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, and/or program management or Masters degree with 3 yrs related exp
  • 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor Industry or Academia
  • 1 year of experience shaping, presenting to, and delivering to US Government customers
  • Comfortable reviewing, analyzing, manipulating, and forming conclusions from complex datasets
  • Proven skills/experience building and supporting high-performing cross-functional teams and cultures to achieve operational excellence and meet the expectations of internal/external customers/stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task when there are competing demands
  • Ability to formulate, communicate, and execute complex project plans and initiatives
  • Developing business and financial acumen
  • Strong collaboration, teaming, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various levels of leadership, shop floor employees, and support function employees
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)

  • Currently Top Secret with SCI clearance

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining both internal and external customers relationships on behalf of the ATL Foundry, in a highly collaborative manner grounded in Northrop Grumman values.
  • Leading or participating in cross-functional teams to meet program cost, schedule and technical performance objectives, including co-creation and communication of such roadmaps and supporting roadmaps success with stakeholders
  • Reporting program performance, both to ATL Leadership and internal/external customers
  • Identification, distribution, tracking, and completion of program requirements
  • Participating in internal Program Management Reviews and other reviews
  • Supporting management plans of resource allocations and plans
  • Preparation of charts and briefings on status/progress and processes; delivering presentations to customers, management, and other Programs stakeholders
  • Adherence to all internal processes, policies, and applicable industry standards
  • Ensuring program teams understand and adhere to contract scope and manage change through ATL’s control board (CCB) activities
  • Development and adherence to master plans (IMS, IMP, etc) and schedules
  • Supporting thorough risk & opportunity (R&O) management practices, including identification, mitigation, and realization of mitigation plans and providing visibility to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8 years of relevant experience, including prior experience with semiconductor engineering, working at a semiconductor equipment vendor, device fabrication, and/or test/assembly facilities
  • Successfully led complex initiatives within the semiconductor industry, including medium/high volume efforts
  • Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Chemistry
