Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting project management and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly organize and articulate information
  • Strong presentation skills, excellent analytical skills, and eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, and SharePoint
  • Prior experience supporting Mergers and Acquisitions

Responsibilities

  • Continually refreshes and updates deal templates such as Due Diligence Checklists, Q&A trackers, Due Diligence Report outs, Integration Plan of Record, Day 1 cutover plans, Key Decisions Log, Critical Path milestones, and Lessons Learned
  • Maintains regular contact with workstream leads to ensure diligence efforts are on track and Integration Plan of Record is updated on a weekly basis, capturing and escalating any red flags or roadblocks to PM team
  • Maintains consolidated Plan of Record for each deal; extrapolates and communicates important data such as outstanding decisions needed, anticipated risks or issues, employee change impacts, and upcoming deadlines for key integration milestones
  • Updates and distributes presentation materials for weekly cross functional diligence and integration meetings, taking detailed notes as needed
  • Tracks overall project schedules, including risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID Log), and identifies / implements efficiencies to enhance processes as available
  • Collects, compiles, analyzes, monitors, and maintains integration spend data in deal financial models
  • Maintains deal contacts lists, distribution lists, system access requests, and meeting invitations to cross-functional meetings
  • Gathers, analyzes, and interprets complex data and program metrics using tools such as macros, pivot tables, charts, graphs
  • Drives internal IMO PM Staff meeting agenda, action items, and notes on weekly basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint and M365 suite of tools is a plus
