Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management involving software development activities.
- Experience with creation and tracking of plans using MS Project.
- Experience managing Jira and the Atlassian suite.
- Experience with Jira advanced roadmaps (plans).
- Strong understanding of software development workflows and methodologies.
- Experience with cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Strong communication skills.
- Project management experience is essential.
- Ability to mediate and help achieve common ground.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) at different levels of the program, with complex dependencies across the enterprise.
- Create and manage Jira advanced roadmaps (plans).
- Generate dashboards for the reporting of project status and critical path metrics to leadership.
- Create and manage Jira workflows.
- Educate, train, and enforce users for approved usage of Jira.
- Create custom schemes within Jira.
- Maintain and simplify corporate Jira workspace.
- User management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- CAPM / PMP certifications.
- Experience as a SCRUM Master or Product Owner.
- Atlassian Certified Associate or Atlassian Certified Professional certifications.
- Possess extensive Jira administration expertise.
- Experience with JQL (Jira Query Language).
- Demonstrated prior experience using SCRUM methodologies.
