Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager on site in formulation of the design, bid, and Project phase scheduling of the assigned project(s).
- Provide update/status reporting for work in progress including costs and schedules.
- Assist in the Addenda and Bid process.
- Administer Project sub-contracts.
- Under the supervision of Project Manager(s) facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Under supervision of Project Manager(s) conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
- Assist the project management team with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
- Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
- Assist in the Addenda and Bid process.
- Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
- Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
- Under the supervision of Project Manager, facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.
- Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
- Prepares field reporting for review by Project Manager.
- Perform QA/QC process.
- Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
- Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team.
- Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
- Review and maintain As Built drawings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction project management. Prior experience supporting public works and/or educational facility projects is preferred.
