Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- 3 or more years of site development experience
- Previous experience designing site layouts, performing grading and drainage design and permitting of commercial & residential site development projects
- Previous experience with road design, utility design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis is required
- Licensed Project Engineer in the state of Ohio (or ability to become licensed in the next 6-12 months)
- Ability to work well independently or on teams
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work with a Project Manager and other staff to drive the design on a variety of Civil/Site Development projects
- Work on exciting projects and have the ability to advance your career quickly into project management and client development duties
- Other duties as assigned.
