Responsibilities
- Utilize project management software for detail tracking and sharing of information.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments as projects require.
- Schedule daily/weekly check-ins with PM’s to make sure tasks are assigned and completed as needed.
- Monitor new market process through all stages of planning, development and execution.
- Update appropriate areas when action is required.
- Maintain pulse on status of each new market to move through the communication process.
- Promptly respond to and resolve inquiries, requests, complaints or other communications surrounding market status information or specific details.
- Develop new strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
- Initial branch set up coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.
