Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software implementation role.
- Strong understanding of using data to solve business problems.
- Demonstrated ability in process improvement, with a track record of designing and implementing new processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and expectations post-sale.
- Review Statement of Work (SOW) documents and ensure all deliverables and committed timelines are captured in the project plan.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including sales transfer, data onboarding, platform delivery, user training, go-live support, and successful hand off to customer success.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
- Act as a point of contact for external technical teams, providing clear and concise technical instructions and guidance to ensure proper implementation.
- Facilitate technical discussions between internal and external teams to address project challenges and align on solutions.
- Understand and translate technical requirements into project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Assess current implementation and project management processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Monitor risks and issues for projects, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Manage data service request tickets for assigned projects and schedule necessary tasks for tracking and delivery.
- Lead project kickoff meetings, working sessions, and all project related initiatives.
- Lead initiatives to build, improve, and standardize project management and implementation methodologies, templates, and tools across the organization.
- Manage one-off customer projects, establishing clear communication lines and expectations with customers about project lifecycle, from inception through deployment and conclusion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Regularly review and report on project progress, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
