Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Biomedical)
- 2+ years of related experience or some experience with master’s degree in engineering
- Problem solving and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and or change management
Responsibilities
- Take direction from Sr. Project manager to perform projects in direct support of bracing development activities
- Plan and implement small to mid-size projects while developing project scope, goals and deliverables
- Work with cross functional team members to drive schedule and budget for the project
- Manage the project budget
- Allocate project resources
- Present stakeholder reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MS project management and other Microsoft tools
- Creativity, communication and teamwork skills
- Time management abilities
- PMP certification
