Project Manager

Expert-level construction/EPC management skills and knowledge
Exceptional communication and influencing skills
Knowledge of construction management best practices
Ability to provide guidance to the project construction team for budgets and project plans
Willingness to adapt and lean out existing practices
Accountable for management of the construction team budget and financial reporting
Ability to lead and develop processes for coordination between all involved parties
Oversight and direction to construction management and activities ensuring site safety program, cost, schedule, and quality are aligned to support project KPIs and objectives
Ability to manage project objectives and expectations regarding scope, budget, invoicing, schedules, and time frame

Accountable for working within a multi-disciplined engineering team dedicated to expansion construction
Ensures on-time delivery of new manufacturing building and associated process equipment, warehousing, and a new innovation center
Provides guidance to the project construction team for budgets and project plans during the proposal, design, and construction phase
Establishes and maintains relationships and acts as the primary contact and counsel to project management
Leads and develops processes to ensure full, end-to-end coordination between all involved parties from planning, design, construction, and commissioning
Ensures the project is well planned with rigorous front-end planning, including value engineering, constructability plans, and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred but not required
13+ years of Construction leadership experience with large projects will be considered in lieu of a formal degree
PMP or CCM certification is a PLUS
