Requirements
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
- GED or High school diploma
- TEN (10) or more years’ experience with computer instruction, training material and curriculum development, and/or leading in-person training
- THREE (3) or more years’ experience in project management and/or agile methodologies
Responsibilities
- Assist with new technology purchases.
- Assist with procurement.
- Provide one-on-one computer support to client personnel on as needed basis via desk side, email, or phone.
- Perform report generation when needed per the client.
- Perform data entry when needed per the client.
- Perform database queries when needed per the client.
- Create and update Graphics per the client.
- Consultation of AV equipment upgrades and locations, and room layouts.
- SharePoint Support.
Preferred Qualifications
- An ACTIVE and CURRENT DEA Public Trust
- Experience with Federal Government, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers
