Project Manager

A BA/S degree is required at a minimum; however, a Master’s degree is preferred
At least fifteen (15+) years of management experience
A minimum of five (5+) years of documented management experience with, or in support of, the US Military, managing 40+ personnel both directly and indirectly
Prior experience with financial management and knowledge of Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS) including Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Unit Status Report (USR)
Understanding of ISO and quality management systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts using excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level
US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location

Provide logistical support in the areas of supply, maintenance, and transportation at APG Installation and surrounding locations identified as off-post support locations under the task order
Responsible for financial management, general accounting requirements and quality control plan/processes as they relate to the total logistical responsibility of the task order
Responsible for continuous process improvement (CPI) and quality assurance (including, but not limited to, tracking performance, cost outcomes, CPI awareness training)
Attend meetings, briefings, conferences as required for the customer and employer
Responds to urgent requirements or emergencies at all hours of the day/night and during weekends
