Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Successfully managing and leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Leading and motivating project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their best performance.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Tracking project finances, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, and providing accurate cost forecasts.
- Implementing robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards and client expectations.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements, implementing innovative project management practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
